The Template is the text you are reading, and it is the only thing here that nobody paid for. It is a placeholder — a blank meme template with the outline already drawn in, waiting for the first person to burn 1,000,000 $TEMPLATE and fill it in.
Everything on this page is replaceable. The title above, the box on the right, this sentence. There is no account to make, no edit to approve, and nobody to ask. There is one requirement and it is expensive.
How to fill it in
- Connect a Solana wallet holding at least 1,000,000 $TEMPLATE.
- Press Change this website.
- Sign the transaction. The tokens are destroyed — not sent to a treasury, not locked, not staked. Gone.
- Write whatever you want. Text, images, tables, the infobox, the title.
- It goes live instantly, for everyone currently looking at the page.
One burn buys one edit. Editing it back costs the same as editing it in the first place.
What counts as a valid edit
Anything. That is the whole design and also the whole risk. The page is Markdown with a short list of HTML tags allowed through for infoboxes, images and tables. Scripts are stripped on the way in. Nothing else is.
The version you replace is not deleted — it moves to View history, stamped with the wallet that paid to remove it and the transaction that funded the removal. Every previous state of this page stays readable forever.
Why it costs something
A blank page anyone can write on becomes garbage in about four minutes. A blank page that costs 1,000,000 $TEMPLATE to write on becomes something people argue over.
The price is identical for everyone. There is no reputation, no seniority, and no appeal — a first-time wallet and the person who wrote the previous version are charged exactly the same, in a currency that gets scarcer every time either of them wins.
Watching it change
The ledger streams every verified burn as it confirms: wallet, amount, transaction, and whether that edit credit has been spent yet. The article itself is live. If somebody rewrites this paragraph while you are reading it, the words under your cursor will change.
